Joyce is AMAZING!!

Joyce and I met in 1998 when I started purchasing real estate. We've been friend since BUT I didn't choose her to list my parents house just because she is my friend. I chose her because she gets things done! She has sold several of my family's homes. This one was different. Ive been an investor for over 25 years but my parents passed away exactly a month apart. I needed more than a house sold. I needed support and direction in things that come second nature to me on a regular basis but this time they were all bobbing in a sea of grief and out of my reach. Joyce stepped in and, without a missed step, lifted this task that was normally easy for me from my shoulders. She is amazing! My parents agent wanted to list their house for 80K less than what we actually sold it for. That was ALL Joyce and her knowledge and experience in the market. I'm so grateful! Her heart to serve via real estate is more than just a career for her. It's her calling! She is bold and wise with many years of experience and knowledge to help her serve those she loves serving.
