Day before closing a freak wind storm hit Boise and a tree landed on the roof. Joyce went to action for us since we leave out of state. She lined up the tree cutter that night, roofer, painter and gutter. The closing was only delayed a week. She is an amazing realtor and we highly recommend her.
Joyce did a great job with selling our home. Joyce kept us informed through text messages, e mails and phone calls as needed. Joyce went to great lengths to help the buyers. She represented us well and took the time to have two open house showings. Our buyers were the result of these open houses showings. Joyce even took the time to bake fresh cookies (in our home) for her guests! Nothing like potential buyers walking in with the smell of fresh baked cookies in the air! Joyce kept the flyers up to date and kept a supply of them in the sign holder as well as on the counter in our home. On our initial walk through the home with Joyce she took the time to learn all of the history on the home and all improvements that were completed so she could better inform potential buyers. At our request she was able to speed up the closing date by 10 days which was great for both the buyers and us. I would highly recommend Joyce to any buyer or seller.
