Joyce is an amazing realtor! We’d been working with her for little over a year and she worked very hard to find the perfect house for us. She advocated for us and provided valuable feedback throughout the house hunting and closing process. She was always in communication and made sure to stay on top of all the tasks we needed to complete. She isn’t afraid to tell it like it is, so when she identifies red flags, you can assure she has your best interest at heart. We closed on our house yesterday, and we honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Joyce. Selling and buying a home at the same time is stressful enough, but Joyce made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and under control from beginning to end. She was incredibly efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. What makes her even more remarkable, is that she guided us through closing, during a very hard personal week for her. She never missed a beat, still showed up for her clients and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. That level of professionalism, dedication, and heart is rare. This is now the second time that I have used Joyce as an agent, and it was even better the second time!!! She picked up every phone call and answered every text I sent... even when I was just trying to mess with her. Love working with her. Trust her like no other. As happy as I am that my deals went through, almost sad that I will not have as many reasons to bug her now!

Joyce is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She stays on top of everything and makes the selling experience so easy. I called her not knowing where to begin and she took things into her hands and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I 150% recommend Joyce!

Joyce seems like a decent enough person as she did help me out personally, and for that I was grateful. But having her as a real estate agent was a very frustrating experience. She told me she would be acting as a dual agent at the very beginning of our agreement to work together. However, it was clear who was more valuable to her as she did not advocate for me when the buyer demanded changing the locks on my house the day of the sale while I still had ownership. She instead called to "tell" me that the buyer was going to come that morning before closing to change them, so everything needed to be out of the house by then. I had to advocate for myself because it didn't seem like she cared about the legal risks to me. She also didn't tell me this until the day before closing, and she didn't tell me when the closing date was until two days prior. It was her assistant that informed me a month in advance, which seemed to come as a shock to Joyce. I also had to call my mortgage company to get on them about putting the halt on the foreclosure process since I was in a short sale, something that Joyce was supposed to do. First she said she'd spoken with them and that they put it on hold. Then, like a week or two later, she calls me with a defeatist attitude saying that it wasn't on hold, and the mortgage company was giving her a hard time. After I was the one who actually got results, she had the nerve to call me back to tell me that she got them to halt the foreclosure, and then tried to advise me on how to get results saying something along the lines of I can't talk to them all crazy with an attitude, I have to stroke their egos. She asked for a positive review, but I'm not a liar. Poor communication, lack of concern for my legal safety, the "butt-kiss" way of getting things done and money over ethics behavior are not positives to me. When I am ready to buy my next house, it won't be with Joyce or KW. I don't trust y'all.

Ms Joyce felt like more than just a realtor. She immediately felt like family. She takes her time with showings and is passionate about making sure her clients are 100% happy. She doesn’t mind going the extra mile for her clients.
