We were fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable as our agent. Joy kept us informed about the progress regarding our condo sale. She also provided us with transportation to the closing. She organized the necessary open houses and made sure we were made aware of comments and helped us realize the necessity of doing some upgrading of painting and carpet.
