About Joy

I have served in the construction and real estate business my entire life and love what I do. I understand buying, selling or building a home is an incredibly overwhelming experience in a person's life. It is my job to make sure the process goes smoothly; all the details are handled the right way, the first time. For me, it's very rewarding to help guide people through the process. Throughout the years I have been involved in hundreds of transactions focusing primarily in residential sales. I look forward to working and helping you with your real estate needs. On a personal note, I received a Bachelor of Art degree from Hope College and am continually learning by taking classes and attending training. Some of my hobbies include volleyball, Tae Kwon Do, scuba diving, traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends, family and my pets.

Joy did a great job as our agent.

We were fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable as our agent. Joy kept us informed about the progress regarding our condo sale. She also provided us with transportation to the closing. She organized the necessary open houses and made sure we were made aware of comments and helped us realize the necessity of doing some upgrading of painting and carpet.
