Exceeded our expectations!

We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. Wow! Completely new to the state. Lucky us that found Joy O'Reilly and from the very beginning she showed her knowledge and professionalism in the RealEstate Real Estatemarket. We're still impressed and thankful for the guidance she was able to provide to us. As soon as we got to Florida we contacted her and in a matter of days we had seen some houses and already knew what we wanted. Joy kept us informed all the time about the differences between the real estate laws in Pennsylvania and Florida. With her expertise we were able to choose a house we loved and she guided us through the whole process from putting the mortgage application to the closing. Everything went well and when not, she was able to keep us positive by explaining the many things that come up throughout the whole process. The closing day came and there was Joy with us, still with her professionalism and enthusiasm, keeping us calmed and enthusiastic too.
