My Background: I've been a certified licensed real estate appraiser for the last 30 years in Michigan. I have dealt with at least 500+ real estate agents over these years. By a fluke, I bumped into Joy on-line trying to look for a Florida house to purchase. Never meeting her face to face, my wife and I agreed to use her as our agent. It by far was one of the BEST decisions we have made in our lives. Of all the real estate agents I have dealt with, Joy stands at the very TOP. #1. Joy is not only professional at her craft, she cares about the client (us), puts them at the forefront and makes you feel special and not just a way to `make a buck'. She is extremely professional, organized, informative, knowlegable, reliable, timely, trustful and heart warming. There was NEVER one time in our process, that I not in the `loop'. I knew everything that was going on from start to finish. We closed on our house last Thursday 4/28/22, all because Joy and her hard work. Knew what I wanted and found a great place.

We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. Wow! Completely new to the state. Lucky us that found Joy O'Reilly and from the very beginning she showed her knowledge and professionalism in the RealEstate Real Estatemarket. We're still impressed and thankful for the guidance she was able to provide to us. As soon as we got to Florida we contacted her and in a matter of days we had seen some houses and already knew what we wanted. Joy kept us informed all the time about the differences between the real estate laws in Pennsylvania and Florida. With her expertise we were able to choose a house we loved and she guided us through the whole process from putting the mortgage application to the closing. Everything went well and when not, she was able to keep us positive by explaining the many things that come up throughout the whole process. The closing day came and there was Joy with us, still with her professionalism and enthusiasm, keeping us calmed and enthusiastic too. Buying a property isn't easy but when you have an experienced, knowledgeable and enchanting realtor by your side, it's a lot easier and awesome experience. If you're looking to buy or thinking about it you need to choose the right person to make it an awesome experience and not a nightmare.

My husband and I were really happy to have Joy as our realtor when we sold our house. She has a wonderful personality and has a world of experience and knowledge about the realty business. Anything you want done Joy has the answer or makes sure she knows somebody who does. Her professionalism is second to none and so is her advice. If we ever need a realtor in the future, we’ll look up Joy again for sure.
