I randomly found Joy on Zillow and was not really ready to purchase a home and was just starting the process. She was super warm and inviting to my boyfriend and me. We also had many educational experiences IE. benefits of locations, the walls and floors, HOA and CDD's, resale values and pricing the market. Her daily emails gave me a sense of enjoyment....I would wake up and look at the homes that just came on the market. She is somewhat old-school as a realtor and that makes you feel better. She is going to usually drive you to the homes, allows you to see as many as you'd like and take your calls at all times of the night. Joy made our first home buying experience really great and will continue to refer others her way!
