Joy was wonderful to work with throughout the sale of our home! She guided us through the process, helped us present our house at its best, and supported us through offers, negotiations, and all the little details along the way. What really stood out was her communication. We received same-day feedback from showings, so we were never left wondering how things went. She emailed, texted, or called depending on the situation and how quickly a response was needed. That kept us informed and helped us feel supported throughout the process. Joy charges a 3% commission, and while we heard comments from other realtors that “you get what you pay for,” that certainly did not reflect our experience. Her lower commission came with excellent service, attention, and follow-through. We’re so glad we chose Joy and would absolutely recommend her!
