I've always been told not to do business with family, however, with Josie as your realtor it's impossible to not do business with family because she makes you feel like family. No, we're not related, but Josie made us feel like one of her own relatives. Buying a house can be life changing. Life changing decisions can be scary. No matter what time of day or not it was, if I had questions - she had answers. A quick email and she was there for us. Josie was an absolutely wonderful realtor to work with.
