She was very knowledgeable about the homes we walked through and was always completely honest about each home, such as if there was something wrong with it, etc. I loved that she never tried to be "pushy" like most real estate agents are. I would 100% recommend having Josie help you with any of your real estate needs.
Josie helped us find and purchase our first house, and those words really don't do it justice. When we first were asking to view houses, she took careful note of the sorts of things we were looking for in a house and researched more locations that we might have liked - places we hadn't noticed or had mistakenly overlooked. With Josie, we basically found our dream house! When we thought someone else was going to beat us to it, she rustled up another house that was also a great deal (especially since we were picky buyers). When negotiations had to be made, she was swift and effective in convincing the sellers of what problems they needed to address about the house before we would purchase it. Always a phone call away, Josie helped us find a home that I doubt we'll ever be leaving - but if we do, I'll be giving her a call!
We were first time home buyers, and Josie made everything straightforward and easy to understand. She was available to show houses even with our odd schedules, and we could always text her if we had questions! We ended up in a tricky situation with the home we ended up buying, which resulted in back and forth with the seller that lasted neerly a whole day, and Josie was there to fight for us every step of the wag!
