The reviews speak for themselves! Josh is top notch and there is a reason why he was highly recommended. He is a great communicator and quick to respond to the million questions/concerns we were bombarding him with. I think Josh’s strongest suit might be his negotiation skills as he was consistently able to negotiate outcomes in our favor. When he told us he would be looking out for our best interest, it was an understatement. It took us months to find the specific home we desired due to low inventory, however, Josh continued to be relentless and ultimately found the home we love. With that being said, the only thing I would knock Josh down for is being a Dallas Cowboy fan, but luckily for him I didn't see that as a rating. Other than that, Josh was a blessing to our family and is 5 stars all the way!

What can I say about Josh, other than he is the most hard-working, conscientious and caring realtor. He was available day and night to answer any and all questions. He constantly gave us updates about the sale of our current home and guided us towards the purchase of our new home. By far, the best realtor in the whole of the AV!

I used Josh for my first home buying experience in 2017 and he did an amazing job getting me into a home that I loved in my budget. So I used him again to sell my home and to get me into the home of my dreams in 2021. During the second time, he sold my house for 20k over asking price. The tips he gave us to make sure the images and the showings went well completely paid off. Then the difficult part came, getting us into a home during a time where their are more buyers than houses available. Once we found the house that we loved he showed us how writing a creative offer will help make our offer stand out and our offer was accepted.
