When I think of the experience my husband and I had while working with Josh on 2 separate real estate transactions, these descriptives come to mind: hard-working, trustworthy, experienced, PATIENT, kind, professional, did I mention patient?, uncompromising, considerate and knowledgeable. Josh gave us the "think time" and space we needed on our transactions with him and he allowed us the freedom to make a decision that was best for our family, not for his pocketbook.
