We had an absolutely incredible experience with Josh, he sold our place fast with no drama. He has a strong knowledge of the area and priced our condo perfectly. He gave us great advice on what to fix up and what to leave alone before going on the market. In the end we had a significantly over asking sale, which made moving a lot easier. Can't recommend him enough.
