Joshua far exceeded any expectations I had . There were many bumps in the road to buying thos house . It seemed that nothing was easy and multiple issues arose during the escrow process . On several occasions Joshua had to settle difficulties with the divorced sellers, though the sellers were nice people , because they were divorcing the often wouldn’t agree . Joshua was able to deal with these difficulties with ease and professionalism . Joshua was also a huge help with me getting a loan . Due to unforeseen circumstances Joshua was called upon to handle even more complex issues . At all times I felt Joshua had my back and often helped me with my anxieties and worries . What Joshua was able to facilitate was nothing short of a miracle . I have now been in my new home for almost 6 months. I love my new house and have Joshua to Thsnk 100% that I’m happily living on my new home .
