Josh is excellent at communication. He responded to all phone calls, emails and texts and kept me informed at all times. I live in NY and was selling property in Maricopa County. Josh made the long distance process go smoothly. It was 8 days from the time we listed the land until we closed. The bidding and offers got a little frenzied at times and Josh was very professional every step of the way. He kept me calm through it all and had answers for all of my questions.
