Horrible experience that still gives me nightmares!!! He is very dishonest. We lost so much money because of him not telling us our buyers where cash paying customers. We did repair after repair when our house should have been sold as is. We even paid a big portion towards the closing not knowing our buyers where cash paying. He was ouR Realter in selling and buying. He told us he would give us a discount for selling our house if we fired our current realtor. After we fired that Realter he lied about the discount. When it came to the house we bought he tried getting us to put a higher offer in on our house saying the bank wouldn’t take our offer when in fact the bank had taken our offer. He was late to the closing of our house and only showed up to receive his pay check. He didn’t give us our house keys until a week later. It was a nightmare. I can go on and on about our experience. We had actually hired a friend to be our Realter. This friend was newer and needed help. Instead of our friend getting at least half of the profit josh only gave him a small portion. ??.
