"Excellent" under negotiations skills doesn't even begin to cover it! Joshua has made negotiation a fine art. I don't know how he did it but he was able to get me a gorgeous home for a price that was well under how much it was worth! When looking for a house, I was more than picky about the location. I gave him a general area that I wanted and my price range reduced that to just three possible neighborhoods. In a short matter of time, Joshua was able to find me the perfect home. He knew it was the perfect home for me before I even saw it. He was able to decipher exactly what I was looking for in a house, when I couldn't even tell what him it was that I liked or disliked. Joshua some how turned my dream home into reality. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. Everything can be very overwhelming at first but I actually understand majority of the process now. Joshua took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt like the questions I was asking were annoying or stupid. He made the whole process a breeze and stress free. I worked with another agent first, and she made me feel pressured into buying one of the first homes we looked at, even though there were multiple things I didn't like about it. Joshua didn't make me feel like it was just "another sale" for him, I really felt like he wanted to help me find a HOME. All agents in this industry need to operate to the same standards that Joshua Galindo holds. This guy know's everything about this market and you won't be disappointed!

We worked with Joshua to purchase our first home. As first-time homeowners, I can't recommend Joshua highly enough. We were incredibly restrictive with the type of house that we wanted (3-car garage, 1 story home, must have a backyard for a dog, price range, etc.) and Joshua worked with us to find us the perfect home in the area of town that we wanted. He regularly sent us email updates with new homes on the market and contacted us to see if we wanted to go look at them or if we wanted to update anything in our requirements. He took us to walk through countless properties and explained different floor plans so that we could get a better idea of what we wanted. When we found the perfect house for us, Joshua was very knowledgeable about the entire purchasing process. He walked us through each step, ensuring that we understood and felt comfortable with everything we had to decide and sign off on. He also had very valuable insight and made a few great recommendations for our remodel based on the space. He operates with a very high level of professionalism, but at the same time he is very approachable so as a client you never feel like you can't reach out to him to ask questions. Overall, we had a great experience working with Joshua, and over a year later we are still completely in love with the home he found for us!
