Joshua did a great job for us. He was available and responsive, patient and determined to find us the perfect home. The buying process for us was slower than expected due to seller issues. Joshua stayed the course and when it was the right home, things just fell into place. We couldn't be happier with our choice to hire Joshua. We are proud to recommend him to any buyer or seller. We know first hand he will do everything in his power to make the process smooth.
