We just purchased our first home in January, which we heard was going to be an awful and terrifying process. Josh helped to find the perfect home for us and get us through the whole process, being patient and kind about the fact that we had no idea what we were doing! He was always available to help us and was always a step ahead of what we currently needed. We would have definitely missed some things and ultimately paid for it without his advice as well. We love our new home and can't imagine ourselves anywhere else. We can't thank him enough!

Joshua has been a major help and was very flexible in my search. He showed me houses which were exactly what I was searching for and in the area I wanted to live. His response has always been very prompt no matter what time of the day or in the weekend, he is on top of his game. Unfortunately for Joshua I had a challenge with the house I bought as he could not represent to the fullest as this was an ask of the seller. That being said he has been amazing in still helping me out which shows he is willing to go beyond the standard help. I definitely will recommend Josh to my contacts. Thank you Josh!!

Josh has the patience of a saint and the expertise of a master. Our journey started in 2015 and he managed to keep me smiling and upbeat through out the many zigs and zags of this journey.. He also went above and beyond what is normally expected from a real estate agent. I currently live on the East Coast so I was flying out to Vancouver multiple times over the last two years. Josh never hesitated to pick me up at my hotel and explain the neighborhoods we drove through and point out where the hospitals and libraries and supermarkets were. I would HIGHLY recommend him....simply can not be beat.

Josh was so amazing! We found him at an open house we were looking at. We weren't sure what we were looking for in an agent, but we thought we would give him a call. He was always so responsive we never had to more than an hour for a response in the almost 6 months that we worked with him. He took us out almost every weekend and showed us at least 5 houses each time. The Portland market is crazy and he was patient with us and we didn't feel any pressure from him. He also was able to answer any questions we had in regards to the sale/loan etc. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends. We really felt comfortable with him and appreciated all the work that he did!

We were very excited to get connected with Josh as he was licensed in WA and OR, which meant we were not limited to searching on one side of the Columbia or the other. I would highly recommend him as well for his ability to help with a variety of types of sales and his commitment to a buyer's goals and situation. He was clearly comfortable looking at homes in varying price ranges and that helped us to feel comfortable looking at a variety of homes that fit our financing. I was so impressed and comforted by how available Josh was by phone, text, and email. He always communicated in a timely manner and was always available to help clarify pretty much anything or help me understand all areas of the home-buying process. As first-time home buyers he was an excellent guide for us. He remained motivated and committed to our cause even when we experienced some major downfalls in our financing, and in fact connected us to a lender who could help us still close on the home we had already been set up to buy! I would say that he definitely was pivotal in helping us maneuver our first home purchase and especially a sudden switch of financing, which was very stressful but got worked out because of his knowledge and resources in the industry! I recommend him with complete confidence.
