Joshua was our guiding light when my aging parents decided to sell their townhome. From day one, he showed genuine understanding of the challenges elderly sellers face, mapping out every step and explaining everything in plain language—repeating himself patiently whenever my parents needed clarity. What really stood out was how he kept my brother and I in the loop, especially when we were helping sort and pack up or when my parents needed backup communication. Although I worked mostly with Joshua, he and his wife Ana made an incredible team. Their warmth and genuine care for my parents was evident in everything they did—from their quick responses to their thoughtful approach when suggesting upgrades and staging options, coordinating home improvements and managing all the paperwork and negotiations. It was really a seamless experience. Joshua's flexibility was truly his "secret sauce." He read my parents' comfort level perfectly, never pushing them into decisions they weren't ready for, but always prepared when they gave the green light. His network of trusted contractors, organizers, and movers saved us countless headaches too. In the end, Joshua and Ana did something remarkable—they turned what could have been an overwhelming few months into a manageable journey for our entire family.

Joshua was a godsend when I was selling my condo after I moved into a retirement community. He gave me references for a person to help me organize and downsize. That person was great. The day of my move he was there to support me and he even helped load the truck of the moving company. He was always true to his word. I can't say enough good things about him. He is definitely the person you want for selling.

I could not recommend Josh enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be hard pressed to find anyone who knows the system better than he does. From a knowledge standpoint, Josh is unmatched. Interpersonally, Josh is simply incredible. He is accommodating, kind, and truly wants what is best for each buyer/seller. I do not think he cares if you buy a $200k or $2M house... he just wants to be sure whatever you end up in is right for you. If you want to buy/sell fast or slow, look for a needle in a haystack, or just simply browse until the shoe fits; he is your guy!
