We used Josh to sell our home and in the purchase of a new home. Josh started advising us a year or two before we put our home on the market. We wanted to upgrade our home to help us obtain maximum value. Josh was very helpful in advising us on what areas of our house we should focus on to get the greatest return on our investment and which ones we should not spend time or money on. When it was time to list our house Josh provided excellent data in order to suggest an appropriate list price, which helped generated multiple offer for us to choose from. Josh always made time for us and worked around our schedule, not his, when it was time to view properties. Josh is very knowledgeable, not only about neighborhoods, but also about the physical aspects of a home. The pros and cons of the layout to past workmanship, etc... Josh did a great job in purchase negotiations. It was a very competitive time, low inventory and we were very specific in the neighborhoods we were willing to buy in. Unlike some agents that are only interested in writing a quick offer, I appreciated Josh's advice on when not to make an offer, and to keep looking. Josh was with us for all of our inspections and escrow signings to ensure any questions were answered. Although I don't expect to sell my new house anytime soon, I would not hesitate to use Josh again and would strongly recommend him to any of my friends & family.

He was very knowledgeable about all the areas we looked at and we had a broad search area -- from Oakland thru all the areas along highway 13, I-680, I-580 to Livermore. He was also very knowledgable about home construction -- pinpointing things that would be of concern if we were to make an offer on a property.
