Josh did a great job in helping me to buy a condo. He showed me a property that I didn't see listed while I was doing my search. Great location and a wonderful floor plan along with a great deal on a top on already a fair price. I was only upset he was not calling me while I believed he should keep me updating. However looking back I think it was not that important since he took care of everything indeed. He might improved his follow up skills since than. I worked with Josh 3 years ago and will reach him out once I decide to buy another property or sell the one I have.
