Josh takes the time to prepare for your home search, as well as getting to know you and what you're looking for, even if you are not exactly sure what to look for! He is very intuitive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will have great suggestions for you to consider. We would absolutely recommend Josh to anyone who is thinking of buying a home. This was our first time, so we had many questions! He was a great guide to us throughout the whole process of searching, placing an offer, and settling in.

We really enjoyed working with Josh. He's very professional, friendly, and organized. He showed us several homes and was very quick and responsive when we had questions. Each day we met, he had a detailed sheet of all the houses we'd see, including a map of the best/most efficient route, all the pertinent data for each home, and he gave us his undivided attention. I really appreciated that he'd close the door once we entered a home, to keep others from popping in to see the house as well. A couple of times people were lingering outside and it was nice to be able to look around and take our time without interruption. We would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking for a home!!
