Fremont-native Josh Uy cares about more than just helping his clients buy or sell a home — he cares about helping them find community. After graduating from San Jose State University in 2013, Josh discovered his passion for real estate while working closely with his uncle. Feeling inspired by the caliber of agent he was, Josh put his entrepreneurship degree to good use and became a Realtor® the following year. Since then, Josh has been continually improving and growing as an agent so that he can serve every client at the highest level. Regardless of price point, he looks to provide high-quality, luxury service and deliver stress-free transactions from start to finish.
Josh views real estate as the key to building long-term wealth and wants to help all of his clients achieve this dream. Although he’s helped a range of clients find success, Josh focuses on working with growing families and first-time homebuyers. He follows trends in the market so he can always offer his clients the most up-to-date resources.
Josh is also a NAR Green Certified agent, a designation that makes him knowledgeable about matters of energy efficiency and sustainability. In addition, he’s also able to identify green homes — valuable expertise to have, especially in the Bay Area. In his spare time, Josh loves playing sports, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his dog Mika.
