I never thought I would be able to buy a house that I like while living 16 hours away. It was all made possible only by Kiran’s and Josh’s hard work. They were very sensitive to our requirements and worked with us very patiently through the process. They were very open and discussed with us the pros and cons of each property we considered. The best thing we like about them is that they are very particular about finding a home that meets our needs rather than closing on a deal. Even when we were close to getting a house, they spoke to us and convinced us that the house wasn’t worth the money. Josh and Kiran went above and beyond for us to buy our house. Even several months after closing the deal, they happily answer all our calls if we need any help. I would definitely recommend Josh and Kiran for any real estate needs.

I have been referred to Josh through a friend who really pushed me to go with him for their amazing diamonds in the rough finds. Well they definitely lived up to the hype. Josh and Kiran - the husband and wife duo is probably the best realtor out there for the Atlanta metro area. They got to close on our house before the open house which was suppose to be the next day. But their amazing negotiation skills made us close on the house the night before at 10-11pm just so that we don’t have to compete on the open house bidding war which is a norm nowadays.
