From the beginning, Josh was extremely efficient and thorough when listing our home. His deep sultry voice and calming demeanor made my wife and I feel really relaxed and in good hands. When Josh arrived at our home to do a walk-thru before we listed; I realized that he was just as handsome as his photo. So, after we walked through the house and feeling a little inadequate near him- he made me feel great when he said that the house would sell almost immediately. Sure enough; our home sold that very weekend- all the while navigating through the COVID-19 crisis. His team of escrow folks were world class and we couldn't be happier...
