Josh did a amazing job of selling my mom’s San Diego condo for all cash, $10k over asking and in less than 2 weeks!! When Josh arrived at our home to do a walk-thru before we listed; I realized that he was just as handsome as his photo. I honestly can not say enough good things about Josh Painter and his team. I interviewed several agents before I talked to Josh and I knew right then he was going to be the "one". I have not once regretted listing with him. He was there all the way, texting to confirm appointments rather than having me deal with showing apps. The photos were great, very professional! Never pressured me into any decisions; ALWAYS responsive. It was the smoothest transaction, and closed on time. I actually asked him about leaving a review rather than him reaching out to me...
