Josh was an excellent choice for us, we were having to find choices while we are in Georgia and his knowledge of Bristol. Knowing how many hours it would take us to drive and keep appointments he scheduled them accordingly where no one was inconvenienced. And even after the sale he was still there to answer and assist us in the relocating. Josh is definitely one in a million.
I can’t recommend Josh highly enough. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I was not living in the area at the time. He went out of his way to take video tours for me, stayed on top of every detail, and kept things moving smoothly. He continued working diligently until we found the right home and communicated closely with the listing agent to help negotiate a great deal. He was always available, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the process much less stressful. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. I would absolutely encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a home to work with him!
