I was provided contact information for Josh when looking for a second home through one of the popular online websites. From the first time we spoke on the phone he was nothing but professional, dedicated, and determined to get us what we wanted. Because we wanted/needed to close quickly and the home was a good 8+ hour drive away from us, Josh facilitated everything required, including sending us live phone videos from the property. We closed in 8 days and Josh met us at the property (and even helped carry up a mattress!) when we were able to get down there a few weeks later.
