Josh Eudy was used as our buying agent while moving from Hawaii to Jacksonville, NC during my family’s move to my new duty station. We purchased a home from his colleague Stacy Sparks, who we later discovered was friends with the sellers of 613 Williams St. They sold us this house sight unseen while we put our full trust in the both of them to ensure we were moving into a well kept home, only to discover upon first entry after all paperwork was already signed that the former owners allowed their animals to URINATE EVERYWHERE including carpets, baseboards, subfloor and the walls!!!! The home smelt AWFUL and these realtors knew I have 3 small kids! They put us through the WORST experience of our lives while thinking we would be okay with living and cleaning up someone else’s absolute FILTH. Nothing was cleaned, even the oven had old fried chicken, there were roaches everywhere, mold in the fridge and the urine damage was so bad that it caused MOLD. The doors were completely ruined by these peoples dogs chewing and scratching. Did I forget to mention that this home was sold by Stacy Sparks in 2019 and REMODELED?!?! Let me also not forget the cracked ceiling!!! Can you imagine having to remodel a newly remodeled home again because of people who should have been reported to DPS for having a poor infant live in these unlivable and health threatening conditions. These realtors were fully aware of how these people lived and sold us this house while taking advantage of us because we resided in Hawaii during the purchase. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR from Josh Eudy while he still has his license.

First, Josh knows his market well. His pricing for our house was right on the money to maximize our sale price while still selling quickly. Our sale was pretty complex thanks to renters and other issues, but Josh handled everything easily, quickly, and got us under contract within a week of going live. The way Josh works I had to put zero effort into the sale - Josh lined up photography (including overhead drone shots), attorneys, repair work, tours/open houses...literally everything.
