The best I've ever worked with!!!
Josh is extremely knowledgeable and made the home buying journey very enjoyable! He explained thoroughly the pluses and the minuses of each property we looked at and what each location had to offer. He didn't try to push a property on to us but instead listen to us when we told him our needs and our wants. Ultimately, he got us exactly what we were looking for in the price range we could afford! He and his wife Hillary are great communicators and quite the team. They took all the anxiety of buying a new house and relocating to a new area away buy providing all the necessary information for utilities, insurance, property maintenance etc. They're the best!
