Josh was extremely patient during what turned out to be a longer than expected house buying process here in Florida. We were in the process of selling our house in Cali and purchasing here in Florida and Josh was great in answering any and all questions no matter the time of day. He offered guidance throughout the process and was crystal clear on everything from start to finish. He has a no-frills approach, so you don't feel like your left in the dark at any time. He endured a lot during our 8-month home selling/buying process to include issues from our realtor in Cali and a extremely unprofessional and irritating selling agent here in Florida but continued to have our best interest at heart.
