Even as we were at our "Wits End" Josh stood firm and got us to the finish line. We were impressed by the inclusion of various other realtors who Josh talked to about things to do to make it better, quicker and get us to the actual sale. *From our experience we have never seen such inclusive teamwork, the norm has always been to act as "my island" rather than the approach of working together.
