Josh was familiar with the property and the neighborhood, and with the realtor representing the seller. He helped us with getting an offer in quickly and with closing the property. He has followed up with us afterwards, keeping us informed of other nearby real estate activity that might affect our home's future value. When we reached out to him some months after the sale, Josh helpfully provided recommendations to us for local contractors that we could use for improvements and maintenance (we are new to this area).
