Josh was so great with us. We were very disorganized, but Josh's attention to detail, persistence and patience made it a completely smooth experience. He was helpful at every turn and invaluable with dealing with the HOA interview. When we need to sell the property, I will get Josh on board for sure. Also he's just a really great guy!
