Josh helped my wife and I buy our first home a little over four years ago and we knew with certainty we’d reach out to him again to help us find a new place to call home for our growing family. We’re grateful for all of his recommendations along the way and finally his creative negotiating, which took us over the edge and won us the bid on our new home. We’re very pleased with our purchase and look forward to all the memories to come.
