When I called her, Josephine was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I knew at once that I could trust her with a challenging situation. The house I needed to sell was 1/2 my deceased mother’s and 1/2 my father’s in Los Angeles. My father and I are in Illinois. And I have POA over my Dad with Dementia. The complications were enormous. Josephine got me in touch with attorneys for Probate and we began to explore how to deal with a tenant in the house. It was a grueling time but Josephine was so encouraging and positive through it all. Josephine is an outstanding marketer, negotiator, and tireless in her customer service. Josephine should be the standard for above and beyond real estate professionals. Josephine also had to deal with an extremely difficult tenant. In Spanish. She was a great communicator and managed to negotiate with the tenant for access for showing and pictures, etc.

Josephine is very easy to work with and at the same time, she is a very hard working, professional saleslady. She sent a copy of the CMA Report for my apartment and told me at what dollar amount that I could have my property sold. She took beautiful pictures of my apartments and sent in a copy of the Video that she took for the property after we agreed on the sale price. At that time, I wasn't even in California. It was due to her expertise, she handled everything on my behalf. She worked with my tenants for the whole process. She called me and updated me almost everyday or every other day.
