Update: Worked with Josephine again this year to purchase my 2nd property and she was as amazing as she was the first time. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the industry. When I called her, Josephine was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I knew at once that I could trust her with a challenging situation.
