Update: Worked with Josephine again this year to purchase my 2nd property and she was as amazing as she was the first time. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the industry. Works hard to get the offer in and deal done. No complaints from me and I will surely be calling her for any future property purchases in the Los Angeles area. When I called her, Josephine was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I knew at once that I could trust her with a challenging situation. The house I needed to sell was 1/2 my deceased mother’s and 1/2 my father’s in Los Angeles. My father and I are in Illinois. And I have POA over my Dad with Dementia. The complications were enormous. Josephine got me in touch with attorneys for Probate and we began to explore how to deal with a tenant in the house. It was due to her expertise, she handled everything on my behalf. She worked with my tenants for the whole process. She called me and updated me almost everyday or every other day.
