For the past year or so I have been occasionally browsing through different sites to see what the housing market was like out here in the Vegas area. At first, I thought it was an automated email so I ignored the first couple received. I then had questions. Mr. Tinnel responded within an hour. I was impressed. He followed up with me via email and when I was ready, we set up an appointment to meet. Mr. Tinnel made himself available even after business hours when/if I had questions. I could not have landed with a better suited agent for what I wanted to do. Joe's greatest assets while working with me were his attention to what I wanted, and his patience in dealing with me. Our process spanned a year, and he never wavered or hesitated in the continual search for what he knew I wanted. Joe was AMAZING. We had quite a bumpy road buying our house, most of what could go wrong went wrong but Joe kept us optimistic, kept us on track and as a first time buyer, gave me tons of advice and was so detailed when explaining things to me. The best part is, he's honest too. He pointed out things he didn't like it did like about homes and looks as it as if he was buying it himself. Absolutely amazing experience with Joe Tinnel. A year ago I ran into a house in the same neighborhood where my daughter and her family lives. I asked Joe if he could show me the property, and right away his willingness to show it to me was just like a blink of an eye. I loved the property, but than, the price of it was not what I expected, I waited for a whole year knowing that the price would come down, so, yesterday my husband and I received an email that the property has been recorded in our name. We know that you will not regret working with Joe, he is down to earth, family oriented, and will do everything in his ability to serve you the best he can.
