What an amazingly positive process working with Joe has been!!! Starting with our very first meeting/interview with him, he was professional, pleasant and extremely patient. He took his time to explain every step of the process as we went through it. He answered all our questions....and there were a lot! He told us exactly what we needed to do to make sure our home sold quickly and for the price we were looking to get....which we got! The photos he placed on line of our home made us wonder why we wanted to sell it! They were fantastic! Once we explained what we were looking for in a house, all the options he sent were right on target. We only looked at 5 homes before we found one that was perfect for us. Once we got into the actual bidding process for the home, Joe made sure we were going to be the best option for the seller. I struggle to write this because there is not enough words to tell you how AMAZING Joe Tinnel actually is. I was referred to Joe from a very good friend of mine who spoke so highly of his father's experience and relationship with Joe after and during the listing and sale of his house. Joe is one of a kind.. especially in las vegas. I feel this is the Best Real Estate Agent in Las Vegas. This is my second Listing Joe has sold for me. His Daily updates on what Agents were saying helped me do a couple of upgrades which helped Property sell fast. Joeseph Tinnel is the best kept secret in Las Vegas.

Joe got his pro photo shoot team in to really showcase the property, using a drone for location shots over the complex and inside shots that showed the units greatest attributes. He listed it with many great pics and in less than a week we had two offers. There were a couple of offers, counter offers back and forth which he guided us through very well. He is a top gun professional and he did an outstanding job for us. He went above and beyond and even removed a wasp nest at the front door alcove for the prospective buyers to help clinch the deal. We were very impressed with his solid work ethic on our behalf and recommend his expert service to others.
