Joseph Tanos was always available whenever we needed to see or talk to him. He was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process of selling our home and followed up with us and the buyers' agent whenever warranted. He worked diligently with the buyers' realtor to help us address additional closing cost issues due to the rent back situation we had. He went the extra mile to relieve us of some burdens as we were trying to close our escrow on time. We are very satisfied with the quality of service Joseph Tanos provided to us as our agent which is why he is, and will be our real estate agent of choice.

We can't thank Jojo enough for his work in helping us find our new home. Because my wife and I had such different "needs / requests" in our home purchase (along with a fairly limited supply of homes for sale during the Pandemic), Jojo did a ton of work and showed us 25+ great houses until my wife and i agreed on the perfect house for us.
