Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the Columbus real estate market. He was a a great resource, not only in the real estate transaction, but in the construction and upkeep of homes. His knowledge of the neighborhoods was definitely a plus, since we were from out of town and did not know the Columbus area. He was patient, and prepared. He had referrals at his fingertips for inspectors, movers, locksmiths, security companies. Honestly, he was helpful in every aspect of our real estate search and the final transaction. The only negative, and it’s small, was that he seemed to run 5 to 10 minutes late. Overall we had an enjoyable, non stressful and easy time, and Joe found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood.
