Was a great agent to work with. Knowledgeable. Fairly accessible. Unfortunately some miscommunications with the buyers agency and timing of final closings. More likely as a result outside of Joe’s hands. But, fought for us as sellers when it came down to it.
I leave five stars because about a 6 weeks before we planned to list, a family member made a fair FSBO offer so we're going that route. If it falls thru for some reason we'll be back with Joe -- he's amazingly organized and professional, left us very impressed. And even though he lost this listing, he sent over a couple of forms that he knows we need for any such sale in Ohio. This is the sort of paying it forward that earns both respect and future business. Thanks Joe!
Joe was always responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We were on a bit of a time crunch and Joe got everything handled and we sold our home with no issues or hiccups. Glad to have worked with Joe for a second time!

He knows the market; he has good rapport with the other agents. Our home was under contract the day after listing, and we closed 10 days later.
