Joe is so easy to communicate with. He really understands what you’re trying to do with your new home and he is ready to show you what is available. We found a home that we really liked that was very overpriced in our opinion. Joe explained the process researched the market agreed with us and negotiated with the seller from a very informed position. He got them down 60k from asking. We found a different house that we ended up purchasing but the house we didn’t buy sold for 45 k more than Joe had negotiated for us. I think that says it all. He also negotiated for our new home and we paid less than it appraised for. He’s the guy you want in your corner for a million reasons… but if you’re looking to feel really good about your new home… Joe is your guy.
