Highly recommend. Joseph made my wife and I’s experience as first-time homebuyers about as smooth and worry-free as possible. Very responsive, professional, and puts his clients first. Since we were unable to physically view our house before purchasing, Joseph was willing to offer multiple video tours and looked into any concerns that we had. You could not ask for a better realtor and he will be the one we go back to in the future for any other Boise home purchases.

Joseph was fantastic, he didn’t push us too hard when we were still a little uncertain about if we truly wanted to buy a house, and when we found one that seemed to fit our needs he helped us know what to be looking for, how to navigate the buying process, and helped with our overlap between closing and when we would be able to move to Idaho.
