We contacted Joe because he was referred to us by a friend. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My brother and I were selling my father’s house, I live in New York and my brother lives in Florida so we were both not able to be present for a lot of the issues involved with selling a house. Joe handled everything and truly went above and beyond to get the house on the market and sold for over asking price.
