Joe is the best when it came to selling my mother's house in NJ. I live in PA and Joe made the transaction seamless as I am not always available to be in town, from the marketing of the house to the day of closure. There were a few things that needed to be addressed before the sale and Joe took care of everything, meeting with contractors and overlooking everything to make sure the work was done correctly and to his high standards. Joe even stopped over a few times while I was there clearing out to house to lend a hand even with his busy schedule. As my wife said Joe is a stand-up guy who was always available to help. We were fortunate enough to go through multiple sale processes wiht Joe. Joe was extremely easy to work with during this long process of determining what my wife and I wanted to do. He provided all the necessary information about the market and the details of the homes that we were looking at. He would point out things that only an experienced realtor or contractor would know to look for which was extremely beneficial to us in the process.
