Joseph Riso helped me sell my long-term family home. He priced it well and it sold quickly, within the target price range. He knew what the best asking price would be. He did an open house immediately according to my wishes, and got several good offers that first weekend. Joe also respected my wishes on the best way to present the house. I felt that I was in charge of the process with a great source of professional advice at every step. He is a thorough real estate agent with good business ethics. Joe was always available to address my concerns. He managed my last-minute repairs with ease and communicated well with repair technicians as well as with other agents. He had a good rapport with everyone. My title says “advisor,” because I was a nervous home seller. I lived in my house for 30 years, and selling it was a life experience that Joe brought me through as a sales agent and as a person who saw that this was a family home.
