Choosing Joseph as our realtor was the best decision my husband and I made together. He understand our busy life and circumstance being a first time buyer. His communication is excellent always follow up on us, asking certain questions to make sure we were all on same page, he's honest , and most importantly we felt comfortable from the beginning to the end to finding our perfect house. He's knowledgeable about every little detail about buying a house. His present always professional, positive, friendly, and funny which  what I look for in a realtor.
